Bob Zavakos is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at NAI Bergman. He specializes in retail site selection, leasing, and sales. Bob has developed and sold over 50 acres of retail land in two significant projects including Target, Jumbo Sports (now Morris Furniture), Watsons Supercenter, Holiday Inn Express, Bob Evans, KFC, etc. He has been involved in the site acquisition for 9 Walgreens, 15 Tim Hortons, 7 McDonalds, 11 Penn Station, 4 Family Video, 3 Cassano's Pizza, and more, and has engaged in surplus dispositions for 5 Blockbuster, 5 Ponderosa, 2 Ground Round, 3 McDonalds, and more. Bob has over 25 years as a full-time CRE professional, and he has completed over 100 restaurant transactions. He graded from Miami University with a B.S. in Finance.
