The designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation. With more than 20 years of experience working with large corporations, investors, and family-owned businesses, Bob has developed a reputation as a trusted real estate advisor that gives fully informed, honest, and straight-forward advice to his clients. His work has included a diverse group of both national and local companies, such as Lennox Industries, Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Port of Seattle, Charles & Emma Frye Art Museum portfolio, Kells Irish Pub, Catholic Community Services, Principal Real Estate Advisors, Pendleton Flour Mills, Frank’s Quality Produce, and Panattoni Development. Bob and his son Noah make up The Swain Group, a sales, acquisition, and leasing team that specializes in representing owners and occupants of industrial and office properties in Western Washington with a primary focus in the City of Seattle, the Eastside suburbs, and other areas of King and Snohomish County. Bob and his wife Trudy live in Kenmore, have 3 adult children and have been very active in their community, especially at their parish of St. John Mary Vianney in Kirkland. Bob also serves as a School Board Director for the Northshore School District. Outside of work and family time, Bob is an avid ice hockey player, guitarist, and political junkie.
