Bob Schneiderman

Bob Schneiderman joins Cresa as Managing Principal with a focus on Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation. With an extensive background in working with both global and local corporations, Bob offers over 3 decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Schneiderman has completed more than two million square feet of leases, valued in excess of $1 billion along with sales valued at over $150 million throughout his career. A true veteran of the industry, he has earned a reputation of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail that enables him to deliver a superior level of service and expertise to his clients that is unmatched. His scope of service experience includes: - Tenant representation - Corporate advisory services - Financial and market analysis - Renewal representation - Acquisition and disposition of real estate - Build-to-suit - Project leasing - Real estate consulting Schneiderman has had experience with several other well-known commercial real estate brokerage firms. Before joining Cresa, he most recently served Executive Managing Director at Colliers and the Managing Principal and Executive Vice President of DTZ where he established the South Florida brokerage operations. Prior to that Bob was a Principal and Executive Vice President at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. While at NAI he also served as the Southeast Chair of the NAI Office Council.
