I’m Bobby and I want to share with you my passion for commercial real estate. When I went into the business at 32 (got married), it was the best industry I could go into with the opportunity to make a good living. I had just a few connections when I started (some of the landlords from a previous job–that was some change!). Over the last 34 years I have become personal friends and formed close relationships with most of the commercial developers and landlords in Long Island, Nassau, and Suffolk. This translates into cost savings for my customers, whether it’s office or industrial space, to rent or sell. Many of my past clients have expanded dramatically and have established their operations with the support of an excellent location and the best deal on their lease or purchase. I know the next generation at these companies and am poised to offer exclusive opportunities that arise with our dynamic local real estate market.
