Bob Race

Bob Race served as Town Manager for the Town of Cornelius for 10 years and is well versed is the intricacies of municipal government operations zoning regulations procedures. He has worked with developers for economic growth in the Lake Norman area for numerous years. Bob earned a Masters in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and served as an adjunct professor at the school. He is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, Inc.
