Bob focuses on the leasing and sale of office properties in the San Francisco East Bay and in real estate-related consulting for major corporations. Bob is experienced in providing single-point-of-contact administration of multi-market real estate assignments for national and regional corporate clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, Bob spent 19 years with Grubb & Ellis. He is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor in sales and leasing, and he enjoys a multi-faceted real estate background which encompasses finance, commercial mortgage banking and residential development. In the last 27 years as a commercial real estate broker in the San Francisco East Bay area, Bob has consistently achieved the status as one of the region’s top producers. While at Grubb & Ellis, he has been one of the top producers in Grubb & Ellis’ East Bay Regional office, receiving many national Circle of Excellence recognition awards, which is only awarded to the Company’s top professionals.
