Bob Lewis

President/Broker of Bob Lewis and Associates, Inc. Since 1970, Bob has been a leader in multifamily property sales throughout the southeast, and has been personally involved in the revitalization of Downtown Macon. Bob has a BA from Mercer University. His professional and civic services include Chairman-Macon/Bibb County Urban Development Authority; Chapter Advisor for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, Mercer University; Member of Macon Exchange Club; Past President-Macon Board of Realtors; Past President Macon Multiple Listing Service; Past Director-Macon Chamber of Commerce; and Past Chairman-Downtown Council Chamber of Commerce. Bob is a successful owner and investor of multifamily properties and is especially knowledgeable in these areas. He has participated in the sale of more than ½ billion dollars in multifamily properties. Bob is also the Executive Vice President and Co-founder of Guaranty Financial, Inc., a commercial mortgage brokerage firm with offices located in Columbus, Georgia, Macon, Georgia and Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1993, Guaranty has arranged financing for more than 1 billion dollars in commercial properties throughout the Southeast. Bob is married to the former Cynthia Durden who is also a licensed Realtor and Secretary/Treasurer of Bob Lewis and Associates, Inc. Bob has a daughter, Dana Lewis, who lives in Los Angeles, California who is the Owner and Operator of STARCAT Academy, a private prep school located in Arcadia, California.
