Bob is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. As a former Dealer Principle and sole owner of multiple Automotive Dealerships (foreign and domestic lines), Bob has an extensive working knowledge of Automotive industry from an owner, investor and agent perspective. After 30+ years in retail automotive business and 15+ years acquiring land, building automotive facilities and developing retail space, he decided to pursue a full time career in commercial real estate. Bob is very entrenched and respected in both the automotive and real estate industries. Over the last decade he has developed numerous relationships and an incredible client base of auto dealers, commercial land owners, investors and franchises thru out the U.S. As a commercial agent with extensive expertise in commercial real estate, development and past negotiations with major market players such as: Group 1 Automotive, Sonic Automotive and the Potamkin Group; Bob is able to use his contact base to procure buyers, and his negotiating experience to close the highly specialized transactions with a near perfect success rate.
