Mr. Gross has 25 years of national transaction experience. This includes extensive experience in transaction management, execution, strategic portfolio planning, build-to-suits and site selection analysis. Mr. Gross has been responsible for Jones Lang LaSalle’s strategic alliance with Key Bank since 2009. As such, he has overall responsibility for the management and oversight of transaction services provided to Key on a global basis. Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997, he has completed over 4 million square feet of transactions. In 2008, Mr. Gross received NAIOP’s Traveling Gun Broker of the Year award. Specialties: Mr. Gross is an Executive Vice President of a Markets team based in Cleveland, Ohio. In this capacity, he advises and represents local and national office space users on issues and options involving location, timing, ownership, leasing, development, and build-to-suit and space selection.
