Bob Cattanach has been advising and assisting landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of office properties with sale, purchase and lease transactions since 1986. He has served in a variety of brokerage and advisory capacities for some of Kansas City’s most prominent properties and tenants. For eleven years Bob managed leasing at the 2.2 million square foot Corporate Woods Office Park in Overland Park, KS . Prior to that he represented J C Nichols, UMB and DST in the leasing of various properties. More recently he worked on Waterford Property Company’s leasing team for the Tower Properties Company 10 building office portfolio in Johnson County, KS, 900,000 square foot Southlake Office Park in Lenexa, KS, 450,000 square foot Briarcliff Office Park in Kansas City, MO and 400,000 square foot Cloverleaf Office Park in Overland Park, KS. Bob’s experience in representing tenants and buyers includes Northwestern Mutual, Tortoise Ecofin, VantEdge, Foulston Siefkin law firm, Cunningham Properties, Rau Construction, and Midwest Transplant Network. Bob has led as President the 12,000 member Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, and served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity and the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce.
