Bo Galles

Bo brings a decade of experience to his role as a retail specialist at KLNB, supporting tenants and landlords through site selection, land sales, restaurant leasing, and ground-up development. Bo prides himself on finding prime off-market sites for his clients and uses the latest technology and resources to meet his clients’ needs. Bo began his commercial real estate career in 2012 with New Mexico’s largest commercial landlord, Peterson Properties, where he spent three years honing his office and retail leasing skills. He then spent five years in retail leasing and sales at Colliers where he was elevated to Vice President prior to joining KLNB in 2021. Bo has served in organizations including NAIOP Developing Leaders, the NM Children’s Cancer Fund, Ride to End Alzheimers, and others. Bo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Management from the University of New Mexico.
