Currently, in addition to other recent and ongoing projects, he oversees the management and leasing for a client with approximately 30,000 SF of mixed-use commercial condo space at the Bayfront Tower in Downtown St. Pete. This project has encompassed a broad repositioning of the asset, including overseeing the complete demolition, re-design, and build-out of multiple office and retail units, implementing new lease agreements while providing ongoing leasing and management services.
