Blake Wilson primarily focuses on landlord and tenant representation of industrial and R&D properties in North County San Diego. Through Blake’s unique market specialization he has an in depth market knowledge of the North County San Diego market allowing his clients to stay informed with relevant market intel. His creative deal approach and laser focus makes him a trusted advisor to his clients. Blake has been with CBRE since 2015 where he started in the Research department prior to transitioning into an advisory role. With Blake’s background in Research, he is able to provide his clients with a data driven approach to decision making. Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Blake attended the University of Arizona where he received Bachelor in Science in both Finance and Entrepreneurship.
