As a commercial broker he has worked with a wide array of clients, from sit-down and quick-serve restaurants, to boutique clothing stores, childcare centers, churches, and office tenants. Having experience from both the landlord representation and tenant representation sides of the deal, Blake can offer insightful guidance to any client regarding commercial space. Whether it be in a retail position or an office environment, he has always emphasized customer service. Throughout his college and professional careers, as well as in his personal life, he has always strived to give every task, even the most mundane, 100% of his effort and to push things through to the end. He began working in the commercial real estate field when he was hired as a part-time file clerk in a commercial property management and brokerage firm. Seeing every document that went through the office, he began to build his knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and a passion for the industry stemmed there. Eventually he worked his way to a full-time position at the firm and began to take on the marketing and many of the administrative responsibilities. After almost four years at the company he moved to Franklin Pacific where he has had many new experiences in the commercial real estate world. He is a licensed real estate broker in Washington state and a graduate from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and double minors in marketing and finance.
