Blake Skinner

Blake Skinner joined the Legend Partners team as Vice President in 2002. Prior to this, Blake served as in-house counsel for Rocky Mountain Internet. He was also a founding partner and general counsel of Huge Hosting, a website hosting services company based in Denver. At Legend Partners, Blake’s focus has been on assisting retail developers with their projects, from creative inception to the conclusion of construction and leasing. His work also includes tenant representation where he advises his clients on strategic roll-outs.
