Blake Scinta joined CBRE from Commercial Kentucky/Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Senior Associate. Throughout his eight years in the industry, he’s participated in some of the region’s most notable deals, including a 434,000-sq.-ft. lease to Stellar Snacks at 1391 Dixie Highway, a 415,480-sq.-ft. lease for Sealed Air Corporation, and IJW Distillery’s acquisition of 185 acres in Shelbyville. “Blake’s knowledge of the Louisville market, strong client relationships and experience with many significant transactions in the region make him a great addition to our existing Industrial & Logistics team,” said David Hardy, Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE in Kentucky. “CBRE is committed to finding great talent and Blake’s expertise will strengthen the services we provide to our clients throughout Kentucky.” Scinta has received numerous industry recognitions, including being named Industrial Broker of the Year by the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Association (KCREA) in 2021 and included among Louisville Business First’s 20 People to Know in Real Estate in 2020. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Board Member of CCIM’s Kentucky Chapter. He’s also a member of KCREA, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. Scinta earned his bachelor's degree in economics at Centre College, where he also played collegiate basketball. While there, DIII News named him the Preseason All-American and Preseason Southern Athletic Association Player of the Year in 2016.
