Blake Rogers
Blake A. Rogers is a Senior Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets and is a member of the firm’s National Multi-housing Leadership Council. He has more than fourteen years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Mr. Rogers is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory throughout Southern California and the western United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has completed transactions totaling in excess of $5.5 billion and more than 17,000 units. Blake rejoined JLL in 2023 after three years as a Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop’s Los Angeles office. Before that, he was a Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets following JLL’s acquisition of HFF, where he also served as Managing Director. Mr. Rogers serves on various industry related boards and councils including the Executive Committee of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, the National Multi Housing Council Finance Committee, and ULI.
