Blake McVean joined Stream’s Denver office in 2023, serving as an Associate in the Industrial Capital Markets group. In addition to supporting Denver, Blake also collaborates with Stream’s Houston, San Antonio, and Austin markets. Established in 2022, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets group offers a full range of services including investment sales advisory, equity placement and consulting all while providing best-in-class service to create opportunity and generate value for our clients. Using a combination of data-driven strategies and highly specialized industrial experience, Industrial Capital Markets provides value and unparalleled opportunities for our clients. Before joining Stream, Blake was a Senior Analyst in construction lending, participating in over $1B in total transaction volume.
