Blake McDougal

Blake began his career as a land and development expert with a local developer in 2014. In his role, he collaborated with public sector leaders as well as key organizations such as UDOT to gain approvals for projects and site plans. Prior to transitioning to real estate brokerage, Blake worked in the securities sector as a stockbroker for a large firm based in Boston. During his time as a stockbroker, Blake found a passion for sales. He worked within the technology industry for seven years. After finding success and becoming the top-performing sales professional in his office for two consecutive years, Blake transitioned back to the commercial real estate industry where he joining Colliers International in 2019.
