Blake Kahlich

Blake Kahlich serves as the Director of Leasing for Sidford Capital LLC. Mr. Kahlich is responsible for the sourcing and execution of the firms’ leasing strategy. Mr. Kahlich creates leasing opportunities through market knowledge and personal tenant relationships. In addition to leasing, Mr. Kahlich creates and maintains a detailed portfolio consisting of competing properties, market rental rates, market operating expenses, and an active tenant directory for every Sidford Capital LLC asset and potential acquisition. Mr. Kahlich received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Northern Arizona University. Prior to Sidford Capital, Mr. Kahlich worked as a Project Manager for Westco Development Corp. in Tucson which was focused on single family residential development and construction.
