Blake Hardison is a co-founder of Ike and crucial to the company’s success. Blake has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of complex real estate issues through the many transactions he has completed on behalf of his clients. Blake originally developed his real estate acumen in 2009 through his work at Sell & Associates, an Arizona-based commercial real estate appraisal firm. During the Great Recession, Blake pursued commercial real estate brokerage and represented banks and lenders to sell REO and distressed properties. His integrity and market knowledge propelled him to become a 2012 top producer at City to City Commercial. In 2013, Blake became a Founding Member of Keyser and served on the company’s Executive Advisory Council. While at Keyser, Blake completed lease renewals, expansions, subleases, purchases, sales, sale leasebacks, and consulting projects, receiving tremendous reviews from his clients and peers. Blake values integrity. He won’t take on a client unless he has the bandwidth to work on that client’s real estate requirement as if it were his own. He integrates a data-driven approach to systematically solve problems. Blake has channeled this knowledge to create results on behalf of his clients and in turn has been recognized as a leader in his field.
