Blake Davies graduated from Queens University with a degree in Applied Economics and began his career at Colliers in March 2014. He initially joined the company as a sales assistant, working with both the Retail and Investment teams. Throughout his career, Blake has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate, taking on a wide range of responsibilities that allow him to provide valuable solutions to clients. Blake's role involves representing tenants throughout the entire leasing process, where he uses his expertise to find creative real estate solutions that align with the unique business needs of his clients. He is also tasked with representing landlords, assisting in both single space vacancies and project leasing. His goal is to secure the most suitable tenants in the shortest amount of time, all while ensuring that client pricing expectations are met. An important part of Blake’s job is maintaining a comprehensive database of investment properties and retail tenancies within the Metro Vancouver marketplace. This allows him to stay informed on market trends and shifts that influence demand and pricing for both retail and investment properties. By understanding these changes, Blake is able to deliver timely and insightful advice to his clients. In addition, Blake works closely with tenants to provide tailored real estate solutions that maximize operational efficiency for their businesses. His ability to conduct thorough income and comparison valuations, as well as residual analysis, enables him to determine the best use and value of investment properties, further demonstrating his deep knowledge of the market and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
