As a Regional Leasing Director for Kite Realty Group, Blake manages the daily leasing activities for a portfolio of properties throughout the Southeast Region of the United States. His current focus is on the leasing of Kite’s Development projects in Raleigh, N.C., totaling nearly 1,000,000 square feet. Blake has been at Kite for 6 years and has over 10 years of retail leasing experience. Prior to coming to Kite, Blake gained four years of experience as a Senior Leasing Manager with Lauth Property Group and Sandor Development Company.
