Blair is a licensed real estate salesperson with over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and joined Cushman & Wakefield in August 2008. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Blair was with GT Retail/Services/Colliers International since January 2006. As the former director of Leasing for FHK Companies, Blair has an extensive knowledge of retail pad and shop leasing. In his capacity, he worked on negotiating leases, lease renewals, lease extensions and assignments of leases for the entire FHK Companies shopping center portfolio.
