Blair Lee

Blair is a native Floridian who grew up in Palm Beach County and offers local market expertise. As a real estate professional who utilizes his extensive experience in the industry to identify and analyze real estate opportunities and acquisitions that will align with a company’s objectives. Mr. Lee has been active in acquisitions, Appraisals, Brokerage, and Consulting for over 30 years. His employment experience includes 14 years as a Senior Appraiser for Callaway and Price, Inc. in Jupiter. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and obtained the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. In 2005, Mr. Lee was named Vice President of Acquisitions for Ashkenazy and Agus Ventures in Boca Raton. The company is a private real estate investment company that purchased over $300 million in real estate of all asset classes during Mr. Lee’s tenure. His acquisition and due diligence experience covered a broad range of properties including retail, office, industrial, hotel, multifamily, and redevelopment land opportunities. Mr. Lee worked directly with the principals to identify, analyze, and perform due diligence for real estate properties and notes. He is a licensed real estate appraiser and broker in the State of Florida as well as a designated MAI with the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Lee is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), and a Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM).
