Blair Hines Gearhart

Blair holds a BS from the College of Charleston in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, where she graduated in 2016. Blair began working at Oswald Cooke as an intern while at the College, and transitioned to becoming the full time property manager upon graduation. With nine years of management and leasing experience, she now manages and leases over 57 commercial properties including retail, industrial, office and medical office assets. She is a licensed realtor and an active member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors, CREW Charleston, and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.
