Blair Helgren

Blair Helgren is responsible for initiating and overseeing commercial real estate transactions and developments in the Central Texas area. Blair has over 26 years experience in commercial real estate and has successfully executed transactions in retail, office, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of raw land. In his development role, Blair is responsible for the site selection and master planning of new shopping center developments in the Austin and Central Texas market. Blair also heads the tenant representation role for Woodland Property Group. He is dedicated to completing transactions on time and with the most favorable lease terms for his clients. Blair attended Texas State University and earned a BA degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing in May of 2000.
