BJ Fell is a licensed California real estate broker and a Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates, Inc. – Irvine, a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Fell is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and an alumni of the Men’s Division I Volleyball Team where he helped them to a #1 national ranking. Mr. Fell joined Lee & Associates in 2013 and works on a team of highly respected senior vice presidents specializing in property acquisitions on behalf of private/public investors and individuals, and in the sale and lease of owner/user opportunities.
