Billy has over 27 years of experience as an Industrial Specialist in commercial real estate. Billy’s associations with commercial real estate in Jacksonville, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina have provided him with extensive knowledge of the changing industrial real estate markets. A member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, Billy has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since 1996, as a ten million dollar producer in 2001 and 2006 and as a 10 Year Award Winner in 2006. Billy currently covers the North and South Carolina markets with a strong focus in the Charlotte Region providing seller, buyer, tenant and landlord representation. Billy received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1989.
