Billy was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a graduate of the University of Washington. He started working at age eleven in the Alaskan fishing industry, began his career in commercial sales with Nordstrom's Inc. and later co-founded an independent advertising and promotions business -- bringing to each his "customer first" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit that is the hallmark of his success in real estate.
