Billy Gibbs

Billy Gibbs relocated from Cincinnati to Nashville in 2012 to continue his career as an industrial real estate broker. While in Cincinnati, he completed over 200 commercial real estate transactions in less than 5 years. Prior to joining Avison Young, Billy was an Industrial broker for Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where he served in the Industrial Advisory Group. He represents an array of both local and regional industrial users along with institutional clients with Avison Young’s Nashville office.
