Billy Cooke

As Principal and Head of Leasing, Billy leads all leasing activities across the Holder Properties office portfolio. Billy has a diverse background in commercial real estate ranging from managing new development projects to leasing office product. At Holder Properties, Billy has managed the delivery of over 500,000 square feet of class-A office and negotiated nearly $100 million worth of office leases. Previously, Billy worked as a management consultant for ENR firms located across the United States. He received a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree from Georgia Tech and is a licensed real estate agent.
