Billy Combs

Billy Combs started his first business in 1978 and has been a successful entrepreneurial since then. He owned and managed engineering, construction and fabrication companies specializing in the petrochemical industry from 1978 to 2001. In 2002 Billy founded Combs Commercial Investment Properties, LLC. Billy earned the ALC designation form the Texas Land Institute and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. Billy is also very involved in his community. He has served on the school board for Barbers Hill ISD, as a commissioner for Chambers/Liberty County Navigation District, as Mayor of Beach City and is currently serving as the Chambers County Pct. 4 Commissioner. Additionally, Billy currently serves on the executive board for the Baytown Chamber of Commerce, on the executive board for the Baytown/West Chambers County Economic Development Foundation and represents Chambers County on the Transportation Policy Board of HGAC.
