Bill Zurek

Bill focuses on the leasing and sales of office properties on behalf of private, institutional, entrepreneurial and developer clients. Partnering with Jim Achen, Jr., the team has produced 4.0 million square feet of lease transactions and approximately $500 million of property sales. Bill has been active in Phoenix commercial real estate brokerage since 1982, and during that time he has been a consistent top producer and been awarded Transwestern’s Champions Club and the Board of Directors 2011-2013, 2016. Bill’s clients include Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group, Oaktree Capital Management, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, C-III Asset Management, Lexington Realty Trust, Healthcare Realty, SCF Arizona, Northridge Capital, Gaedeke Holdings, and Wall Enterprises. Bill has successfully negotiated office leases with tenants such as Cognizant Technologies Solutions, State Farm Insurance, Republic Services, American Express, Liberty Mutual, Health Choice and Vanguard Health Management Systems.
