In addition, Bill spent 15 years as an owner and manager of over a quarter of a million square feet of retail space, working with both local and national tenants. He has also ventured into the restaurant industry as an owner in Manhattan and served as the Chief Operating Officer for a 15-location coffee bar chain spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, Hoboken, and Key West, Florida. For the past 25 years, Bill has been a sales associate at Gilsenan and Company, where he leverages his extensive experience and his 30-year residency in the Village of Ridgewood to assist clients in the real estate market across Ridgewood and Northern Bergen County
