Bill Ryder brings a varied and useful background to the brokerage business. Bill spent over 20 years in the financial planning business working in the areas of income and estate tax planning, pension planning, business planning, insurance and investments. Bill spent 15 years as an owner and manager of over a quarter of a million square feet of retail space with both local and national tenants. Bill was restaurant owner in Manhattan. Bill also was the chief operating officer of 15 location coffee bar chain in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Hoboken and Key West Florida. For the last four years Bill has been a sales associate of Gilsenan and Company where he brings his varied experience and his thirty year residency in the Village of Ridgewood to the real estate business in Ridgewood and Northern Bergen County.
