Bill Riley

Bill has been in the real estate industry for more than 40 years. His experience includes commercial brokerage, commercial leasing, business brokerage, financial analysis, asset management and property development. A former member of the Board of Directors of the Maine Council on Franchising and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, he was appointed to the Maine Real Estate Commission by former Governor Angus King. Bill served as both a Commission member and as its Chairman. Before concentrating on commercial brokerage, Bill held a State of Maine Certified General Appraisal license and has over 25 years of commercial appraisal experience. Bill was also named Maine’s Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2000 by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance. Bill is a veteran and former officer and commander in the U.S. Army and Maine Army National Guard. He served as a member then chairman of the Board of Trustees of New England Bible College. The Board of Trustees named him the third President of New England Bible College and Grace Evangelical Seminary. A position he served in until the Fall of 2021, retiring after almost 20 years of service to the college.
