Bill Pyle

Bill is a Principal with Edge Realty Capital Markets in Dallas where he represents owners and developers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties. Prior to Edge-CM, Bill served as Vice President of the Investment Sales Group at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. He began his real estate career in the industrial division of Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas and shortly thereafter moved to Belclaire Companies as both a tenant and owner representative. Alongside his work with Belclaire Companies, Bill also worked with Parking Systems of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Houston, Texas, where he focused on identifying and negotiating lease, purchase and management agreements for commercial parking properties. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Bill graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and their four young children. Bill is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.
