Bill Poffenberger

Bill manages the Cincinnati Brokerage office for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and is a 2018 Inductee into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. He also is a multiple winner of NAIOP's Broker of the Year. JLL is the largest Real Estate Services Company in Cincinnati with over 280 employees and they have over 44,000 employees globally. Bill specializes in Office and Industrial Tenant Rep and 3rd Party Leasing and is a NAIOP multiple year winner of their "Broker of the Yaer" award. JLL has been blessed to represent most of Cincinnati's largest Companies over the past few years. These include P&G (handle all of their Global RE), Convergys (handle all of their Global RE), Omnicare's 330 locations, Frost Brown Todd LLP, First Group America, Cincinnat Bell, First Financial Bank, Wood Herron & Evans LLP, and dozens and dozens of other leading Firms.
