Bill O’Connor, Senior Vice President is currently heading up the Capital Markets and Investment Properties division for CB Richard Ellis in the Detroit office. He has been specializing in the sales and dispositions of income property and leased assets since 1992. Since the start of his career, he has successfully closed on over $1 billion in assets and over 200 separate transactions. Additionally, he has performed 1,000+ separate property evaluations on behalf of his clients. Bill O’Connor previously worked for Marcus & Millichap as a Vice President of Investments for the past nine years. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Bill was named the #1 broker for the Midwest Region in both 2005 and 2006; additionally in 2005 he ranked within the top 20 Brokers within the entire company, and received various awards within the Marcus & Millichap Company.
