Bill Menish is the Owner and Managing Director of SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate providing listing, leasing, and online auction services to commercial real estate clients in Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Bill was co-owner of SVN Premier CRE & Auctions and launched SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate in February of 2021. "We are building the commercial real estate firm of the future," said Menish referring to their state-of-the-art, post-COVID-19 style office in the Saint Matthews area of Louisville, Kentucky. Bill Menish is a former broadcast journalist who most recently was the morning anchor of San Diego's top-rated morning newscast.
