Bill McDavid

Bill specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, and retail properties. Throughout his career as a commercial real estate broker, Bill’s transaction volume has exceeded $200M. A Birmingham native, Bill graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Bill obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as has served as a board member and past president of the Alabama CCIM Chapter. He has been awarded a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, the Vulcan Award from the Million Dollar Sales Club, and has served as Past Chairman on the Million Dollar Sales Club Committee. Bill has also served as the Birmingham Commercial Sales Club President and is a Past President of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Birmingham. Bill is both a Birmingham Board of Realtors Member as well as a National Association of Realtors Member. Bill lives in Forest Park with his wife Beth and they have four children and eight grandchildren. In his free time, Bill enjoys traveling, golf, boating, fly fishing and time with the family.
