Bill Gilmore

Bill has worked in the commercial real estate field for over 24 years. The first five years Bill worked as an independent contractor for ARCO in their Market Data Research and Real Estate Site Analysis. In 1986 Bill entered the brokerage field with Lazare-Johnson & Associates. Being from an oil company family, Bill specialized in the sale of service stations, former service station property and various types of commercial property. Throughout his career Bill has established very strong relationships with oil companies, fast-food corporations, franchisees, retail developers/ investors, and a variety of Retail Tenants and Landlords.
