His career started with property management, which gave Bill exposure to the user-end of development allowing him to gain experience in project management and architectural design. Since becoming active in real estate development, Mr. Gallman has managed the development and sales efforts of converted historic structures, newly constructed townhouses and mixed-use projects totaling in excess of $50 million. Bill earned his degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. As a licensed real estate agent, Mr. Gallman is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
