With over 20 years of ownership, management, and brokerage experience, Bill is the multi-housing and investment specialist at Bradley Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to joining Bradley, Bill was Managing Broker and Director for NAI and NGFK (Newmark) offices in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was also owner and operator of BBD Group Properties, a construction, and investment firm for multi-housing and industrial assets in Northern Indiana. His prior experience with construction, management, investment, and disposition of all asset classes gives Bill current and detailed insight into market trends, which has allowed him to successfully transact more than $200 million over his career. In recent years, Bill has had active roles with multiple Investment Services Groups, which directly connects him with brokers across the globe who also specialize in investment transactions. As a result of his role with these groups, he works in multiple states on different investment asset type deals. Bill is currently Managing Director of Brokerage for the Fort Wayne o?ce, ensuring all brokerage operations and brokers are working to support our clients by implementing the best reporting, marketing, and responsive methods to provide the highest experience and results for our clients.
