Bill Chudej

President of FIMC Commercial Realty, Bill Chudej is an authority in the consultation and brokerage of investments, analysis of income producing real estate, and property management services for commercial and multi-family properties. During the course of his real estate career, Mr. Chudej has dealt extensively with small private investors as well as large syndicators providing management, leasing, brokerage and consulting services, brokering over $100,000,000 for investor clients. As President of FIMC Commercial Realty, he has overseen the management of thousands of apartment units and over 2 million feet of commercial space throughout Texas. Mr. Chudej holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Business Administration from West Texas State University. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. He holds the coveted designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He has served as President of the West Texas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, President of the Apartment Association of the Panhandle for three terms, Past Vice President at Large for the Texas Apartment Association, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Texas Apartment Association. He is a Life Board Member of the Panhandle Apartment Association, a Rotarian and serves on numerous charitable and civic boards.
