Bill Chipman

Bill Chipman established CRES Inc. in 1999, providing a full service real estate company that specializes in the sale, leasing and appraisal of commercial real estate properties in the Washington D.C metropolitan area. With an extensive background in consulting, Mr. Chipman has participated in the sale and leasing of over $800 million in commercial real estate transactions and over $3 billion of asset valuation over the course of his career. In addition to his commitment to excellence in the realm of real estate, Mr. Chipman stays involved with the community through volunteer work. He has served on the board various philanthropic organizations such as the Fauquier Free Clinic, Boys and Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Chipman is currently a board member of the Fauquier County Water and Sewer Authority. A local native to the D.C. metro area, Mr. Chipman moved to Warrenton in 1993, where he and his wife Karen raised their two children, Kristine and Jac.
