Bill Bones

A fourth generation Arizona native, Bill Bones specializes in tenant and landlord representation, land sales, and pre-leasing and leasing of new developments in Arizona. Bill's tenant representation experience includes all aspects of site selection, strategic planning, and retail development. He specializes in creating and implementing strategic, results-oriented leasing plans for new retail developments and existing projects. His expertise, commitment and unwavering focus of putting the client's needs first have continued to set him apart. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Tempe Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Arizona State University's WP Carey School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate.
