Bill Besselieu

Bill started his real estate career in 1995 and has been active ever since then in sales, leasing, and investments. Bill joined the Andretta team in 2006 and focuses on office and industrial properties, along with vacant land in Central Florid, representing both buyers, owners, tenants, and landlords. Bill also has a background in risk management. Prior to joining Andretta Properties Bill was a real estate appraiser in the Tampa Bay area. Bill has been in Tampa since 1983. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He has volunteered for the Davis Islands Civic Association Board, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, and is also a member of the University of South Florida Alumni Association. Bill resides in Tampa Bay with his wife and children.
