Biagio Bernardo

Biagio recently joined our Naples office where he specializes in Retail and Investment properties. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he worked for CRE Consultants for eight years. Before he joined CRE, he worked for 26 years as an accomplished jewelry retailer and master jeweler in New Jersey. He began his real estate career in 2006 as a tenant rep focusing on site selection and contract negotiations, then joined CRE Consultants in 2011 where he quickly excelled – developing valued client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate arena. Biagio has comprehensive and long-term experience in all areas of retail real estate, including commercial property transactions, investment sales, and landlord and tenant representation. He has represented both local and national clients in transactions, playing an integral role in every aspect – from project leasing and site selection to purchase and sale assignments. Biagio’s success in brokerage has been attributed to his unique combination of skills and business experience including responsiveness, uncompromisable integrity, diverse market knowledge and ability to execute tailored business objectives in order to achieve optimal results for his clients.
