Betti "Jean" Silverman has been the Broker/Owner of Lot and Block Realty since 2006. She grew up in a family of Real Estate professionals who have owned and operated Real Estate Companies for over eighty years. When she decided to move to Ocala in 2008 and open another location, Betti could not have imagined that this would be one of the best decisions she had ever made. The schools are great, people are friendly and there are a lot of networking opportunities. As a mother of two beautiful daughters, she gets to enjoy getting involved in community organizations and mentoring people to help achieve their goals. For over ten years, Betti was one of the top Foreclosure listing agents with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other asset companies both Listing and Selling. She decided after almost ten years specializing in foreclosures, she wanted to focus her company’s direction on Luxury Homes, Farms and Residential and changed her company name to Welcome Home Ocala Realty. Coming into the New Year of 2023, Betti decided to change direction from Owner of a company to joining a larger team.
